I am very happy that I could be one of the students given the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom.
I did my work experience in Disability Awareness UK under the direction of Mrs. Jacqueline Wetter. She was very nice to me and she always patiently explained everything. I helped with administrative works: shredding documents, writing and sending letters, creating and producing newsletters, writing addresses on envelopes and making phone calls. It was very good experience for me.
I lived in Porstmouth, which is a very beautiful city; also my hosting family was great! When I wanted to get somewhere or buy something, I had to speak English and that helped me to talk fluently. I have learnt a lot about their customs, culture and habits.
This work experience is a great experience.
